Terms of Service

These terms apply to paid video orders from Inventrom Private Limited ("Bolt IoT", "we", "us") through Training Factory. Free demo videos are covered by our Free Demo Terms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Your order

An order starts when we confirm its scope, style and price with you in writing; email is fine. A training is one course in one style. Your first paid video in a training, up to 5 minutes, sets its style: we agree the style with you first, with up to 2 rounds of style changes, and it stays fixed for that training. A new training starts with its own first video. We may decline content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone's rights.

2. Prices

Prices are those on our website when you order, unless we agree others with you in writing. After the first video, the rest of the same training is billed per finished hour: at least 1 hour, then in half-hour steps. For agencies and volume orders, we agree prices with you directly.

3. Payment

For each order, whether a first video or an agreed batch of hours, you pay half before we start and the rest when we deliver it. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, duties or bank fees that apply on your side. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it arrives.

4. Delivery

We deliver your first paid video within 5 business days of receiving your first payment and everything we need to start. The rest of a training is split into videos of about 5 minutes and delivered on a schedule we agree with you. Dates move if materials or feedback reach us late.

5. Revisions

Each paid video includes two revision rounds. Each revision request must come within 3 days of receiving the video or the previous revision. Extra rounds are US$99 each. Revisions cover changes to the agreed video, not a new topic or a new style. A video is accepted when you approve it, or 3 days after its latest delivery if you haven't asked for changes. Paid videos carry no watermark.

6. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us, and that it doesn't include personal information about other people or confidential information you aren't permitted to share. We use your materials to make your videos, keep them confidential, and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep the materials you send and the videos we make for as long as we work together, and delete them when you ask.

7. Who owns the videos

Once you've paid in full, the finished videos are yours. We keep ownership of our characters, templates, voices and methods; you may use them as part of your videos, without limit. We won't show your videos to others or name you as a client without your written permission.

8. How it's made

Training Factory is an AI-powered production system built by Bolt IoT. Videos are produced with AI and third-party language, voice and media services, and reviewed through our quality process before delivery. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us. Like any training material, please review each video before using it with learners.

9. Cancelling

You can cancel the rest of an order at any time. Payments already made are not refunded.

10. Limited liability

We make your videos with care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties. We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
