I've been making online courses since 2014, and more than 50,000 students have learned through Bolt IoT's courses. Those years taught me that good training is hard to make. It needs careful instructional design, clear explanations, a story worth following, real demonstrations and, sometimes, a joke at the right moment.
When ChatGPT launched in late 2022, we started using AI to plan and script our courses. Then a bigger question took over: could AI produce an entire course without losing what makes training work? Our first AI-made courses were text. The early videos had real problems, from flat narration to technical slips, and we fixed them one at a time.
Today, Training Factory produces complete training videos with a small team and several quality reviews before anyone sees them. We built it around one belief:

Tell us what to teach
Share the topic, who it's for and what it should cover. Five clear lines is plenty. Or attach a script, deck, PDF or document.

We review your request
We check fit and feasibility, then confirm by email, usually within one business day.

We produce it
Lesson design, script, narration, visuals and, for technical topics, real working demos. Then it goes through our quality reviews.

You watch it
Your finished 3 to 5 minute video arrives within 1 day of approval*.
Your first paid video sets the style. We agree it with you first, with up to 2 rounds of style changes, and it stays fixed for that training. A new training starts with its own first video.
After the first video, the rest of the same training, meaning one course in one style, is billed per finished hour: at least 1 hour, then in half-hour steps. For example, a 95-minute Clean and professional training is $475 for the first video plus $7,125 for the other 90 minutes, $7,600 in all.
Longer trainings are split into 5-minute videos and delivered on an agreed schedule.
Each revision request must come within 3 days of receiving the video or the previous revision. Extra revision rounds are $99 each.
*Most videos are delivered within 1 day of approval. A few can take up to 5 business days, and if yours will, we'll tell you when we approve it.

Questions, answered
Is the demo really free?
Yes. No payment, no sales call and no commitment. We offer one free demo video per company so you can judge Training Factory on your own content.
How fast is delivery?
Most videos are delivered within 1 day of approval. A few can take up to 5 business days, and if yours will, we'll tell you when we approve it. Your first paid video, which sets the style, takes up to 5 business days, and the rest of a training follows an agreed schedule. The clock starts once we approve a request and have a clear brief.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Training Factory is an AI-powered production system built by Bolt IoT, with several quality reviews built into the process. It's how we deliver polished training quickly and economically, without the generic feel of most AI video.
How is this different from AI avatar video tools?
Those tools give your team software for making videos. Training Factory delivers finished lessons: we design the lesson, write the script, build and record real demos, narrate it and review it. Instead of an on-screen avatar, our videos teach with visuals, stories and real demos.
What will the narrator sound like?
A natural US English AI voice by default, with pacing and emphasis tuned line by line. If your learners need a different accent, tell us in your brief.
Can you record our own software?
Yes. Give us a demo or sandbox account and we'll record the real product, not mock-ups. We use your logins only for your project and delete them when it ends. Please don't give us access to real customer data.
What should I send?
A topic, who the learners are and about five lines on the concepts, examples or outcomes to cover. You can also attach a script, slide deck, PDF or document, up to 3 files of 20 MB each.
Is my material kept confidential?
Yes. Uploads are stored privately, used to produce your video and never published. We delete uploaded files within 90 days unless you become a customer and ask us to keep them. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I request changes to the free video?
The free video doesn't include revisions. Paid videos include two revision rounds. Each revision request must come within 3 days of receiving the video or the previous revision, and extra rounds are $99 each.
Can we use the demo video?
Yes, inside your organization. We won't publish your video or share it with anyone else without your written permission.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do. Once the invoice is paid, the finished videos are yours to use, edit and publish.
What files do you deliver?
An MP4 in full HD (1080p), a captions file (SRT or VTT) and a transcript. Need a SCORM package for your LMS? Just ask.
Who will I be dealing with?
Pranav Pai Vernekar, Bolt IoT's founder, is responsible for every engagement. Our team uses AI throughout production, including for some routine messages.
What does a video cost after the free one?
Your first video, up to 5 minutes, is $475 in the Clean and professional style or $1,750 in the Animated and story-driven style. It sets the style for that training. After that, each finished hour of the same training is $4,750 or $17,500, with a minimum of 1 hour, then in half-hour steps. Agencies and volume orders: contact us.
