This policy explains how Inventrom Private Limited ("Bolt IoT", "we", "us") handles information when you visit trainingfactory.boltiot.com, request a free demo video, or order videos from Training Factory, a Bolt IoT service.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the request form: your name, work email, company, company website, role, the topic, a description of the learners and what the video should cover, your preferred style, about how much training video your team makes a year if you tell us, how you heard about us, and any files you upload.
- If you order paid videos: the materials you send, the videos we make for you, your billing details (company name, billing address, tax details) and payment records.
- Technical details of your submission: your IP address, which we store only as a one-way salted hash to prevent abuse, your approximate country, your browser type, the time of submission and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, utm_source).
- Security check data: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for that purpose.
- Website analytics: we use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics that do not use cookies to understand how the site is used.
- Correspondence: emails you exchange with us.
How we use it
- To review your request, produce your demo video and deliver it to you.
- To make and deliver the videos you order, and to bill you and receive payment.
- To communicate with you about your request and, if you're interested, a paid engagement.
- To prevent spam, fraud and repeat free requests from the same company.
- To understand and improve our website and service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your uploaded materials
Files and briefs you send are stored privately, with no public links. They are accessed only by the people and systems involved in producing your video, and never published. We delete uploaded files within 90 days of delivering your video or declining your request, unless you become a customer and ask us to keep them. Please don't upload personal information about other people, or anything you aren't permitted to share.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Training Factory, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and private storage.
- AI language, voice synthesis and media services used to produce your video, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex) and Google (Gemini).
- Email providers we use to correspond with you.
- Payment providers we use to bill you and receive payment.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to manage our relationship with you and to apply the one-demo-per-company rule. Uploaded files follow the 90-day rule above. For paid orders, we keep the materials you send and the videos we make for as long as we work together, and delete them when you ask.
Security
Files and request details you send through the site are encrypted in transit, and stored encrypted at rest in our hosting provider's storage, with access restricted to authorized people and systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it, as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or tell us to stop emailing you, at any time. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
Where we process data
We're based in India, and our service providers operate globally. Your information may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where those providers operate.
Children
Training Factory is a business service and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
