Free Demo Terms

These terms apply to free demo videos offered by Inventrom Private Limited ("Bolt IoT", "we", "us") through Training Factory. By submitting a request, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. The offer

We offer approved businesses one free, custom training video of about 3 to 5 minutes on a topic they choose. It's a demonstration of what Training Factory can do. It is not a production contract, and there is no charge and no obligation to buy anything.

2. Who can apply

• The offer is for businesses and organizations. Please apply with your work email and your company's website.
• One free demo per company, including its affiliates and brands.
• We review every request and may approve or decline it at our discretion, for example based on business fit, the content requested, production feasibility or our capacity.

3. Your brief

Tell us the topic, who the learners are and what the video should cover, ideally in about five lines, or attach a script, deck or document. The clearer the brief, the better the result. We may ask a clarifying question before we start. We may decline topics we can't produce accurately or responsibly, content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone's rights, and demos that need access to systems we don't have.

4. Timing

Most videos are delivered within 1 day of approval. A few can take up to 5 business days, and if yours will, we'll tell you when we approve it.

5. What's not included

The free video doesn't include revisions or change requests, editable source files, or more than one video. It's made in our ready-made Clean and professional style; animated, story-driven videos are part of our paid service. Paid videos include two revision rounds. The free video carries a small Training Factory watermark, and your branding is welcome.

6. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us, and that it doesn't include other people's personal information or confidential information you aren't permitted to share. We use your materials to produce your demo and to discuss a possible paid engagement with you. We keep them private, handle them as described in our Privacy Policy, and delete uploaded files within 90 days of delivery or decline unless you become a customer and ask us to keep them.

7. Using the demo video

We'll send your video through a private link. You may use it within your organization, including for internal training. If you'd like to publish it or use it commercially, ask us first. We keep ownership of the video and of the characters, assets and methods used to make it. We won't publish your video, show it to others, or name you as a client without your written permission. The free video carries a Training Factory watermark; paid videos do not.

8. How it's made

Training Factory is an AI-powered production system built by Bolt IoT. Videos are produced with AI and third-party language, voice and media services, and reviewed through our quality process before delivery. Like any training material, please review it before using it with learners.

9. No warranty and limited liability

The free demo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the demo, and our total liability for it is limited to US$100.

10. Changes to the offer

We may change or end this offer at any time. Changes won't affect requests we've already approved.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
